Hyderabad: The Telangana Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) in association with Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE) has declared online the results of Class 10 or Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination today i.e. Wednesday May 03 at 04:00 pm. Candidates can follow the steps given as under to check.
The Telangana State Boards SSC Class X results 2017 were supposed to be declared today at 04:00 pm but they were announced at 04:15 pm.
Earlier, a circular released by the office of the Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE) said that the TS SSC or Class 10 results will be released at 04:00 pm at the Telangana secretariat by Minister of Education.
The results of Telangana board SSC Class X results 2017 are now live and available for download on its official website.
The results of Regular and Private TS SCC Class 10 Exam 2017 have been declared today.
The results are available for download on the official website of the board - "bse.telangana.gov.in" and also on some of the associate websites. Like, the Telangana SSC or Class 10 results will also be available on mirror site i.e. "manabadi.com".
State’s minister for human resources development released the results today in Vijayawada, it is learnt.
Here's how candidates can check Telangana State SSC results:
- Go to the official website
- Enter your "Hall Ticket Number" in the box.
- Click on submit/login button
- Take a printout and save the result for future reference.
The TS Class 10 SSC results are also available on mobile phone through SMS. To get your results on SMS type TG10<Rollno> and send to 5676750 e.g. TG10 1501100013 send to 5676750
The TS Board has announced today the SSC or Class 10 results for a total of 538,226 students who appeared for the exam held from March 14 ro March 31, 2017. The exams were held in all districts of Telangana during 2016-2017 session.
In case a student has failed in a paper, they need not worry. They will have an opportunity to pass in the paper by applying for the supplementary exams. The students can also use the provisions of re-verification of examination papers and recounting, they will be required to pay a nominal fee for per subject if they wish to apply for re-verification or recounting.
Last year, the SSC or Class 10 or Class X results were announced on May 10 but this time, the board plans to declare the results early so that the process of admissions to Class 11 is hassle free.
The Telangana Education board has already declared the Class 12 or Inter results on April 16.
The advanced supplementary exams are to be conducted in the last week of May or first week of June.
In 2016, a total 444,828 students were able to qualify in the Telangana Board SSC Result 2016 out of the 555,265 students who appeared for Telangana Board Examination. The pass percentage saw a rise of 8 percent as compared to Telangana Board SSC Result 2015, and Telangana board is expecting the same consistency in the performance in Telangana Board SSC Result 2017. In the gender rivalry, the girls outperformed the boys scoring cumulative pass percentage of 86.57, while boys though thumped were not far behind with a score of 84.70 percent.
Directorate of Government Examinations is an independent department functioning under ministry of secondary education, Government of Telangana. The department is responsible for conducting the SSC/OSSC Public Examinations and a number of minor examinations.DGE’s office conducts SSC/OSSC examinations twice in a year. This is the major examination with a registration of 6.52 lakh candidates for Annual (March -2015) examinations and 0.75 lakh candidates for Advanced Supplementary Examinations(May / June -2015)
The Class 10 or SSC results in neighbouring Andhra Pradesh are also likely to be announced on May 6.
