Not mine, Selena Gomez says of 'nude pics' appeared on Internet

A series of topless pictures believed to be that of singer Selena Gomez has been leaked online through a hacked cell phone. Selena and her rep however have denied that the topless photos belong to the 22-year-old singer.

Selena Gomez

The pictures were posted online by Tumblr user lakalel33, and he noted that photos were leaked online by Gomez's public relations team. He also hinted that the photos might have been taken for her on-again off-again boyfriend Justin Bieber.

"No doubt Selena Gomez will feign being shocked and embarrassed by the leaking of these private nude pictures, and she will try to claim that her cell phone was hacked so that no one will state the obvious that her PR team leaked these pictures for attention," the Tumblr user wrote.

"Regardless of how they got out, the fact remains that Selena Gomez's nude cell phone pictures are now part of the public record, and people will begin to speculate on whether Selena took these racy pictures for Justin Bieber, Orlando Bloom, Cara Delevingne…" he added.

The face of the girl in the pictures is not visible, but several reports claim that the girl appears to have a mole that matches Gomez's, and that she has the same rounded jaw as the "Come and Get It" singer.

Also, the shape of the girl's lips is very similar to Gomez's, sparking rumors that the pictures might be the singer's, reported HollywoodLife.

A representative for the singer told Gossipcop that the photos are not of Gomez's, and the website added that the pictures are in fact 11 months old.

Fans of the singer-cum-actress, too, have come out with proof to show that the naked pictures are not of their favourite singer's.

"I'm just going to go ahead and say these aren't her. Different mouth and chin," wrote one, while another added: "That's not even the same mouth. Seriously? Y'all have nothing better to do?"
