New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Monday declared online the results of CBSE-UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) held in December 2015 on its official website.
To check the results candidates need to log in on www.cbseresults.nic.in. Click on CBSE - UGC NET EXAMINATION - December 2015 - Announced on 11th April 2016 link. It will take the candidates to results page.

Once on this page, the candidates need to 'Enter Roll Number' and 'Date of Birth' and click on "Submit" button.
The results will be displayed on the website. A printour can also be taken.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) holds the National Eligibility Test (NET) 2016 on behalf of University Grants Commission (UGC) two times in a year. The next UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) will be held on July 10, 2016.
The online registration for the UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) July 2016 will begin April 12 onwards on the official website. Aspiring candidates can apply on or before May 12, 2016.
"The CBSE will conduct the next UGC-NET for Junior Research Fellowship & Eligibility for Assistant Professor on 10th July 2016 (Sunday).
"The candidates are required to apply online from April 12, 20166. The last date for applying online is May 12, 2016", the CBSE said in an official announcement.
While candidates can apply for July 2016 NET only till 09:00 PM on May 12, last date of submission of fee through online generated Bank Challan, at any branch of (SYNDICATE/CANARA/ICICI/HDFC BANK) is May 13, 2016.
Correction in Particulars of application form on the website can be done from 17th to 23rd May, 2016, it is announced by the CBSE.
Detailed notification will be made available on the website www.cbsenet.nic.in from 12th April, 2016.
The CBSE conducts National Eligibility Test (NET) on behalf of University Grants Commission (UGC) for determining the eligibility of Indian nationals for the Eligibility for Assistant Professor or Junior Research Fellowship & Eligibility for Assistant Professor Both in Indian universities and colleges.
The National Eligibility Test (NET) is conducted in 83 subjects at 88 selected NET Examination Cities spread across the country.
The candidates who qualify for the award of Junior Research Fellowship are eligible to pursue research in the subject of their post-graduation or in a related subject and are also eligible for Assistant Professor.
The universities, institutions, IITs and other national organizations may select the JRF awardees for whole time research work in accordance with the procedure prescribed by them.
The award of JRF and Eligibility for Assistant Professor both OR Eligibility for Assistant Professor only will depend on the performance of the candidate in all three papers of NET. However, the candidates qualifying exclusively for Assistant Professor will not be considered for award of JRF.
