Maulana Azad: The Great Son of India

Hyderabad: Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Dept. of Education & Training is organizing two day national seminar on "Maulana Abul Kalam Azad -Educational Architect of Modern India" on 3rd & 4th Nov. 2010.

 

According to Dr. Najmus Saher, Head, Dept. of Education & Training, Inaugural session will be held on 3rd Nov. 2010 at 10:30 a.m. at DDE Auditorium, University Campus.

 

Mohammed Ali Rafat, I.A.S, will be the Chief Guest. Prof. Mohammad Miyan Vice-Chancellor will preside over.

 

Prominent Historian Prof. Irfan Habib will present a paper on “Maulana Azad on Science & Culture in Post Independent India” in the first session.

 

Prof. Sudheer Reddy will preside over the function whereas Dr. Anees Chisti (Pune) will speak on “Maulana Azad & Fine Arts”.

 

Dr. Vidya Sagar & Prof. Padmanabhiah will chair the remaining two sessions of the inaugural day.
