New Delhi:
Calling on the Indian business community to explore business
opportunities in Arab countries, the Confederation of Indian
Industry (CII) Wednesday released its business manual titled
"India and League of Arab State-Exploring New Horizons".
The annual publication, first launched in 2008, is a guide to
serve as a reference material for Indian industry and for the
business community of these countries to better understand the
market trends and business opportunities. It was launched in
partnership with the embassy of the Arab League.
"I would like to suggest to the Indian business community to
explore business opportunities in the Arab countries. This
publication will help enhance bilateral trade between India and
the Arab countries," Chairman of CII Gulf and Chairman of Punj
Lloyd Limited Atul Punj said.
"This is a business guide which will help expand trade and further
trade relations," Djibouti ambassador said here after releasing
the publication.
Trade between India and the Arab countries totals $122 billion.
