Dubai: United Arab
Emirates (UAE) will be celebrating Eid Al Fitr tomorrow on August
30, UAE officials announced today evening.
"The first day of
Eid Al Fitr in UAE will be on Tuesday", the
UAE Ministry of Justice announced on Monday.
The decision came after the UAE moon
sighting committee sighted the Shawwal moon.
Eid Al Fitr, considered as one of
the important Muslim festivals, follows the holy month of Ramadan
- the month of fasting.
