Lucknow: The Congress Sunday released its fourth list of 62 candidates for the Feb 4-28 Uttar Pradesh assembly elections. With 281 candidates already on board, this takes the party’s declared candidates to 343.

The party has left 40 seats for its ally Rashtriya Lok Dal in the western parts of the state. It now has to finalise candidates for the remaining 20-odd constituencies in the 403-member assembly.

Prominent among those figuring in the list are Saeed-uz-Zaman from Charthawal constituency, Nawab Kazim Ali Khan from Suar constituency, Satyadev Tripathi from Dibiyapur and Kalicharan Yadav from Mainpuri.
