With Prime Minister Manmohan Singh latest off the block, some 70 world leaders are now on Twitter for better engaging with their citizens.

According to Digital Policy Council, a US-based think tank on governance, 69 world leaders had Twitter accounts set up in their personal name or through their offices by end-2011.

The world leaders on Twitter include:

* British Prime Minister David Cameron @Number10gov

* Mexican President @FelipeCalderon

* Brazilian President Dilma Rouseff @dilmabr
