Fariduddin Dagar, Shahid Pervez among 22 Padma Shri winners for art

New Delhi: Twenty-two people, including vocalist Fariduddin Dagar and theatre veteran Joy Michael, will get the Padma Shri in the field of art, it was announced here Wednesday.

The others are Vanraj Bhatia, N.I. Devi, R.S.H. Chittani, Moti Lal Khemu, Shahid Parvez Khan, Mohan Lal Kumhar, S.K. Manganiar, Minati Mishra, Natesan Muthuswamy, R. Nagarathnamma, K.S. Nambootiri, Y. Waikar, Satish Alekar. Gopal Prasad Dubey, Ramakant Gundecha, Uma Kant Gundecha, Anup Jalota, Sonam Nair Priyadarsan, Sunil Janah, Laila Tyebji and Vijay Sharma.
