Dubai: Dubai SME,
an agency that works for the development of the small and medium
enterprise (SME) sector, has launched a contest on Facebook to
encourage and reward creativity and innovation among
entrepreneurs.
The winners of the "Brand Creativity Contest" will receive prizes
worth 125,000 dirhams ($34,000). The prizes have been designed to
help the businesses improve revenues and create a strong brand
identity.
The competition will be held on the Facebook pages of
smeconnect.ae and Business Village. Smeconnect.ae facilitates
networking among all stakeholders in entrepreneurship development
while Business Village serves as a one-stop shop for
entrepreneurial initiatives.
The participants need to post a picture of their brand in a
creative way on the Facebook pages. The picture with the highest
number of votes will be declared the winner. The competition
closes June 30.
