West Indies level series 1-1 against India

The West Indies beat India by two wickets in the second One-Day International (ODI) at the Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium here Sunday to level the series 1-1.

Chasing India's total of 288/5 in 50 overs, the visitors achieved the target with three balls to spare.

Brief scores: India 288/5 in 50 overs (Virat Kohli 99, Mahendra Singh Dhoni 51*, Shikhar Dhawan 35; Ravi Rampaul 4/60, Darren Sammy 1/11, Veerasammy Permaul 1/55) lost to West Indies 289/8 in 49.3 overs (Darren Sammy 62*, Lendl Simmons 62, Kieran Powell 59; Ravichandran Ashwin 2/37, Mohammed Shami 2/55, Bhuvneshwar Kumar 2/56).
