Mumbai: As many as thirty-nine students of different states who got trainings at two prominent coaching centres run by Jamia Millia Residential Coaching Academy and Zakat Foundation of India (ZFI) have cracked the UPSC Mains Exams held in November 2013.
Among them thirty-one students are those who were trained at Residential Coaching Academy run by the Centre for Coaching and Career Planning, Jamia Millia Islamia, and eight students got the needed training at the coaching centre run by Zakat Foundation of India (ZFI).
They will now appear for personal interviews which will begin shortly.
These successful candidates will also be trained for the interview by the two coaching centres.
The Residential Coaching Academy of Jamia Millia Islamia, is funded by the University Grants Commission (UGC) offers free coaching and residential facilities to students belonging to SC, ST, Women and the minorities categories.
Zakat Foundtion of India (ZFI) is run by Dr Syed Zafar Mahmood, who was Officer on Special Duty (OSD) at PMO for Sachar Committee.
