Chennai: The Tamil Nadu State Board of Secondary Education (TNBSE) is set to declare the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (TBSE SSLC) 10th results 2018 on its official as well as associate websites on Wednesday May 23, 2018 at 09:30 am, it is officially confirmed.

Candidates can also check their results at dge.tn.gov.in, dge1.tn.nic.in, tnresults.nic.in and dge1.tn.nic.in.
The TN SSLC Class 10th examination 2018 was conducted from March 16-April 20. About 10 lakh students from different districts of the state appeared for the SSLC 2018 exam.
In 2017, 9,82,097 students appeared for Tamil Nadu Class 10 examination. The pass percentage was 94.4%. The Tamil Nadu board SSLC results were declared on May 25 in 2016. A total of 10,23,566 students had appeared in 2016 and the state had recorded a pass percentage of 93.60%. R. Sivakumar and Prema Sudha shared the top rank.
The Tamil Nadu State Board of Secondary Education (TNBSE) declared Plus 2 HSC Class 12 result 2018 on May 16. The overall pass percentage on TN Plus 2 was 91.1% with 87.70% boys and 94.10% girls have passed. A total of 6754 schools scored 100% results. Virudhnagar is top among districts securing 97 per cent. District Erode stands at the second position with 96.3%. Performance of Chennai district has marginally improved from 92.99% to last year's 93.09%.
