30 students shine at National Mathematics Olympiad

Malegaon:
Rahmani 30, the Patna based NGO that coaches Muslim students for
IIT JEE, registered yet another success when four of its students
cleared the Indian National Mathematics Olympiad with distinction.
A total of 32 students from Bihar
passed the coveted exams, five of them being Muslims. Among these
five Muslim students, four are from Rahmani 30. They include:
Mohd Faisal Kareem, Mohd Misbahul Haque, Mohd Ashraf and Yazid
Bashmakh.
The successful students will again
appear for another exams to be held February 02, 2011. Six
successful students from this exam will be selected for
International Mathematics Olympiad to be held in Holland.
Rahman 30 is a Patna based NGO
founded by All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) General
Secretary Maulana Syed Mohd Wali Rahmani, which prepares poor
Muslim students for IIT Joint Entrance Exams. The NGO came into
the lime light when ten of its students cleared the IIT JEE in its
first year of establishment.
