Abu Dhabi varsity to launch online courses

Abu Dhabi: Abu Dhabi University has announced an e-learning programme that will offer undergraduate and postgraduate online courses starting this academic year.

The online courses will follow the regulations given by the ministry of higher education and scientific research.

The initiative is part of a plan to ensure the university's position among the top Arab universities in the world by 2013.

 

It aims to revolutionise conventional teaching techniques and establish itself as the leading centre for e-learning in the region, a statement said.
