Monday April 30, 2012 06:02:04 PM, Special Correspondent

Aligarh: The Students of Aligarh Muslim University are in the process of creating a history by producing the largest Envelope of the world to get the name of the prestigious institution in the “Guinness Book of World Records”.

The last such record was created in 2010 by a U.K. based organization named “Stanley and Co.”

Syed Nabeel Mehdi, Team Leader said that the students of Architecture, Fine Arts, Engineering, Medicine and Law were involved in the preparation of the largest Envelope of the world.

He further said that it has been planned to display this envelope on May1, 2012 at Kennedy Hall of the University.

Nabeel Mehdi hoped that this attempt would inspire other students and would build a positive image of the institution. He said that the purpose of this event was to wake up the Aligarh community and unite their voice as “one”.
