DHSE Kerala Plus One, Plus Two March 2019 Exams: The Directorate of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE) Government of Kerala has published on its website dhsekerala.gov.in the detailed notification containing DHSE Kerala Plus One, Plus Two Time Table March 2019, Exam Pattern, Exam Application and Registration Schedule, Fee Structure and other important details.

Students appearing for the DHSE Kerala Plus One and Kerala DHSE Plus Two March 2019 exam can download the 90-page notification in PDF format from the website. However, important points along with DHSE Plus 1 and DHSE Plus 2 March 2019 exams are summarised here for the benefit of the students.

DHSE Kerala Plus One, Plus Two Time Table (Datesheet) 2019

According to the notification released by the Directorate of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE), the March 2019 Plus 1 and Plus 2 exams will begin on March 06, 2019 and end on March 27, 2019. While the DHSE Plus 1 March 2019 exam will begin on March 06 with History, Islamic History and Cuture, the DHSE Plus 2 March 2019 exam will begin on the same day with Business Studies, Chemistry and Journalism as the first paper.

The last paper of Kerala DHSE Plus 1 and Plus 2 (Science and Commerce streams) will be on March 27, 2019. The last paper of Plus 1 is Economics, English Lit and Physics. The last paper of Plus 2 will be Computer Application, Electronics, Geology, Home Science, Philosophy and Statistics.

Kerala DHSE Plus 1 and Plus 2 March 2019 Art stream exam will also begin on March 06, 2019 but end on March 21, 2019. The DHSE Plus 1 March 2019 First paper is Subsidiary and DHSE Plus 2 March 2019 First paper is Aesthetic. DHSE Kerala March 2019 Plus 1 exam will end with Main paper and Plus 2 with English Part - I. Both the papers will be held on March 21, 2019.

Exam Pattern

The total combined scores of First and Second Year Examinations of each subject shall be 200. The result of the Examination shall be determined by the combined scores of First and Second Year Examinations, taken together and grades obtained there upon by the candidate.

Students should note that the DHSE Plus Two March 2019 exam will consist of the Continuous Evaluation (CE), Practical Evaluation (PE) and Terminal Evaluation (TE).

To become eligible for higher studies a candidate should obtain D+ grade or above in all subjects. To attain D+ grade for a subject, a minimum of 30% of the aggregate score of CE, PE and TE should be obtained (ie., 60 scores should be obtained) with a separate minimum score of 30% of Terminal Evaluation. The minimum score required for Terminal Evaluation for subjects with Practical Evaluation is 36 and for subjects without Practical Evaluation is 48.

For securing D+ grade for Music separate minimum of 30% score of T.E. as well as PE (24 scores each) should be obtained. D+ grade for Biology shall be decided by taking the scores of Botany and Zoology together and hence a separate minimum for Botany and Zoology is not required.

Candidates who absent themselves for Second Year Higher Secondary Examination in any subject shall be treated as 'absent’ for that subject even if they have appeared for that subject in the First Year Higher Secondary Examination. For determining the grade in a subject, appearance in the First Year and Second Year Examination of that subject is compulsory.

DHSE Kerala Plus One, Plus Two Application Form

Students should submit the duly filled application forms without late fee on or before December 03, 2018 (Plus One) and November 26, 2018 (Plus Two). Last date to apply with a fine of Rs.20 is December 10, 2018 (Plus One) and December 03, 2018 (Plus Two).

Last date for receiving application with an additional fine of Rs. 5/- per day (Fine Rs. 20 + additional fine Rs. 5/day) is is December 17, 2018 (Plus One) and December 10, 2018 (Plus Two).

DHSE Kerala Admission Tickets

Students appearing for DHSE Kerala Plus 1 March 2019 exam will be able to download their Admission Tickets (Admit Card and Hall Ticket) March 01, 2019.

Students appearing for DHSE Kerala Plus 2 March 2019 exam will be able to download their Admission Tickets (Admit Card and Hall Ticket) February 08, 2019.

The General Education Department Govt of Kerala had earlier released the date sheet or Time Table of 2019 Kerala Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) Class 10 exams on its official website keralapareekshabhavan.in.

As per the time table and date sheet released by the State Education Department, Kerala SSLC Class X 2019 exam will begin on March 13, 2019 with First Language Paper and end on March 27, 2019 with Social Science as the last paper.
