New Delhi: Watching Republic Day parade from the Prime Minister's box on January 26 was a great experience for Farha Ahmad and Ahmad Rasa Kirmani.

 

"It was definitely a wonderful experience. I was among few lucky people who got to witness one of the finest events of the nation. We got to see different tableaus represented by a number of states", Twocircles.net one of the leading news- portals on Indian Muslims quoted Farha Ahmad as saying.

 

Ahmad Rasa Kirmani who accompanied Farha Ahmad to this great event was equally ecstatic.

 

"It was a great event and I felt patriotic. I was given this opportunity by the grace of Allah. I was among those hundred lucky students selected to watch the event from Prime Minister’s box", he said while speaking to Twocircles.net.

 

Farha Ahmed and Ahmed Rasa Kirmani, both post-graduate students of Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) were selected to witness this year's Republic Day Parade from the Prime Minister’s Box.

 

They were among the 100 meritorious students selected from all over India to witness this special occasion.
