New Delhi: Congress plans to come out with a "chargesheet" against Nitish Kumar government in poll bound Bihar "to expose its hollow claims" of development and will highlight the achievements of the Centre to woo electorate in the Assembly elections there.
"We will highlight failures of the state government on the development front. The central government's schemes are not being properly implemented in the state," AICC general secretary Mukul Wasnik, who is the party in-charge for Bihar, told PTI in an interview.
Congress workers will come out with "a chargesheet against the state government's non performance in each district and expose the hollowness of the state government's claims of development," Wasnik said.
