Kerala IT to participate in Dubai GITEX

Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala IT will showcase technology
parks, including the just launched Technocity, and business
opportunities in the sector across the state in the Dubai GITEX
Technology Week 2010.
"The state has witnessed unparalleled development in the IT sector
during the past few years. This year we shall showcase our most
ambitious project Technocity, Kollam Technopark and Cyberparks in
Kozhikode and Kasargode," said Technopark Chief Executive Mervin
Alexander.
GITEX Technology Week is scheduled for 17-21 at the Dubai
International Exhibition and Convention Centre.
"We also want to use this opportunity to meet prominent
Non-Resident Keralites (NRKs) to talk to them about the wide range
of investments opportunities in the state," said Cyberpark CEO,
Binu A. Pazhoor.
Kerala IT is the unified brand developed to promote business
opportunities in the IT field in the state.
In another move, Kerala-based logistic solutions provider IBS
Software Services will hold a IBS Airline Forum and User Group
Meeting from Oct 25-28 in Dubai.
