Electronic Engineering student bring laurels to the AMU Aligarh

Aligarh: An undergraduate student of B.Tech. (Electronics) III Year, Ms. Musfira Jilani is selected by the Science Foundation of Ireland for their UREKA (Undergraduate Research Experience Knowledge Award) Programme.

 

Ms. Musfira is student of of the Department of Electronics Engineering, Z. H. College of Engineering and Technology, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh and is one of the ten students selected all over the world for the award this year.

As a part of the above programme, Ms. Jilani participated in a ten weeks' Summer Internship in Autonomous Robotics at the National University of Ireland, Maynooth.

 

She successfully completed her research project on "Lampposts as landmarks for Simultaneous Localization and Mapping". The award also included a fellowship of 300 Euro per week for ten weeks.­
