"A maximum of Rs.75 lakh in the difficult areas, including hilly
states (is provided)," the minister said.
The minister also informed the house that under the 'Horticulture
Mission for North East and Himalayan States', financial assistance
in grants worth 50 percent of the total cost of plant, machinery
and technical civil works would be provided.
