Jammu Kashmir Haj 2017 flights begin with AI-5101 flight from Sringar airport on July 25

  The Haj Committee of India on Wednesday released the complete Haj flight schedule 2017 of all outbound and inbound flights from Shaikh-ul-Alam International Airport also known as Srinagar International Airport on the J&K State Haj Committee website.

According to the schedule uploaded on Jammu & Kashmir State Haj Committee website, pilgrims from Jammu and Kashmir will start embarking from Kolkata International Airport to perform Haj 2017 by Air India from July 25, 2017 onwards.

The first flight Air India AI-5101 carrying 418 Haj pilgrims from Srinagar International Airport will depart on July 25. The next flight AI-5103 will also carry 418 Haj pilgrims and will embark from Srinagar airport on the same day i.e. July 25, 2017.

The last and final flight to embark from Srinagar International Airport will be AI-5105. It will also carry 418 pilgrims and depart for Saudi Arabia on July 26, 2017.

The Haj Committee of India has released 34 pages containing details of 1254 Haj Pilgrims from Jammu and Kashmir who will be going for Haj 2017 expected between August 29 to September 02. The list also contains the names and cover number of the Haj Pilgrims along with their flight status.

The Haj pilgrims can check the entire schedule on Jammu & Kashmir Haj Committee website.

Haj pilgrims can also check their flight status by entering their cover number on Haj Committee of India website.

The Haj Committee of India (hajcommittee.gov.in) will also inform individually all pilgrims who are going for haj in 2017 through e-mail and SMS.

Meanwhile, the Hajj Committee of India has also uploaded on its website details of “standard baggage” allowed for the haj pilgrims.

According to the details released by the Haj Committee, allowed check-in bag include 02 suitcases of 22 kg each while permissible hand bag is one weighing maximum of 10 kg.
