The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER) on Friday July 28 released online the NEET(UG)-CET 2017- First Round Selection List for MBBS/BDS Courses in Govt./Corp./Sevagram Colleges on its official website.

The 64-page NEET(UG)-CET 2017- First Round Selection List for MBBS/BDS Courses in Govt./Corp./Sevagram Colleges is now online and candidates can access/download it by visiting the official website.

Candidates whose names figured in the list released today shoule note that the last date of joining the respective college is August 02, 2017 upto 5 pm (Including Holidays).

Candidates should also note that the last date to fill the Status Retention Form at College is August 03, 2017 upto 5 pm (Including Holidays).

"Candidate should submit all the original documents and pay requisite fees in the selected college within the stipulated time; failing which this selection stands cancelled", the DMER said in the official statement.

After NEET UG 2017 results, every state is individually accepting online registrations for admissions in medical colleges. Accordingly, the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Maharashtra also called for applications from NEET qualifiers.

National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET UG -2017) is organized all over India. Students who had cracked 12th standard HSC exam participated in thw test.

After the release of NEET 2017 Maharashtra Provisional Merit List candidates are asked to attend for Document Verification at allotted 4 centres.

Maharashtra NEET 2017: Document Verification Centres:

  • Mumbai – Grant Government Medical College, Sir J.J. Hospital Campus, Byculla, Mumbai-400008
  • Pune – B.J. Government Medical College, Pune
  • Aurangabad – Government Medical College, Aurangabad
  • Nagpur – Government Medical College, Nagpur

According to Medical Counselling Committee, out of the total 3500+ seats in Maharashtra, only 15% are “All India Quota Seats” and rest 85% seats are under the State Government.
