New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has started on its website nta.ac.in from today i.e. Saturday September 01, 2018 online registration of the students who are appearing for JEE Main 2019, UGC NET December 2018 and other online exams for online practice sessions available at designated NTA Test Practice Centers (TPC) across India.
Steps for Student Registration for NTA Test Practice Centre
- Click here to go to the official website: nta.ac.in.
- Click on the link "Student Registration(For Practice Center)" on top of the Home Page.
- Login using your registered Google or Facebook ID.
- Follow the instructions and fill the Personal, Contact, Academic and Exam details.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) had earlier made active the student registration link active on August 28, 2018. However, the next day it made the link inactive and displayed a message that students will be able to register from September 01, 2018. The students are given six days i.e. time till September 06 to register for NTA Test Practice Centre (TPC).
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has taken over the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) as the apex body to conduct Entrance and Competitive exams like UGC NET, JEE Main, NEET and others conducted for admission to engineering and medical professional courses.
After taking over the CBSE, the National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct UGC NET in December 2018 for the first time. Online registration for NTA UGC NET December 2018 is set to start on September 01, 2018.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will also start online registration for 2019 JEE Main I on September 01, 2018. 2019 JEE Main I will be held from January 06 to January 20, 2019.
Since all these exams will be held in online mode (Computer Based Test), the National Testing Agency (NTA) has assigned Test Practice Centers (TPC) in different cities and areas accross India. Students will be able to practice for JEE Main 2019, NEET 2019, UGC NET December 2018 and other online exams conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) at these NTA Test Practice Centers (TPCs) free of cost.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has asked all registered Test Practice Centers (TPCs) to provide the best possible service and facilities to the students who will be coming for practice.
