Maharashtra HSC Result 2018

Mumbai: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has so far not fixed any date to declare the Class 12th HSC Result 2018 and is refusing to confirm that the Maha HSC 12th result will be declared on Saturday May 26, 2018.

The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) however has a tradition to announce the result declaration date and time at least a day in advance. Hence, if the Maharashtra HSC Result 2018 will indeed be declared on Saturday May 26, an official statement confirming this should be released any moment.

If the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) does not release any statement by Friday evening it wll mean that the 2018 HSC result Maharashtra will not be declared on Saturday.

The board declares the results online on www.mahresult.nic.in. Results are also available on some other websites including the board's mirror sites like result.mkcl.org. The other websites where the Maharashtra HSC 2017 results can be accessed are http://mh-hsc.ac.in and http://msbshse.ac.in.

And, a message posted on the Maharashtra 12th result website says, "Results for the Exams conducted in 2018 have not been announced so far. Please look for the announcement at Exam Results Portal (http://results.gov.in)."

The students need to enter their exam seat number and date of birth to see their results. The students will also be able to take the printout from the website. The students can also request their results through SMS. For this, they are required to type MHHSC followed by <seat no> on their mobile phones and send to: 57766. The Printed Marksheet will be given to students later on at the respective schools.

There were speculations that the Maharashtra HSC result 2018 will be delayed due to teachers' strike. The board had however assured that there will not be any delay and result will be declared in time. In 2017, the board had declared the Class 12th Maha HSC result on May 30.

The 2018 Class 12 exams were conducted from February 21 and concluded on March 20, while the Class 10 exams were held from March 01 and ended on March 24, 2018. The board official declined to confirm the date of Maharashtra SSC Class 10 results.

The Maharahstra board also has a unique online system for verification of scorecards. Called eMarkSheet, it is a web portal for online verification of statement of marks as well as certificate for SSC (10th) & HSC (12th) for seamless delivery of information/services to its stakeholder like students, colleges, employers etc. in the state of Maharashtra.

The Highre Secondary Certificate Examination (HSC) is conducted by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) during the month of February and March through its nine Divisional Boards, which are primarily located at Pune, Mumbai, Nashik, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, Latur, Nagpu, Amravati and Ratnagiri.

The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) is an autonomous body constituted under the provisions of the Maharashtra Act No. 41 of 1965. The office of the board at present is in Pune.
