TCS picks 144 students from AMU campus

Aligarh: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), among the top 10 IT firms in the world, has recruited a record 144 students from the Aligarh Muslim University campus, a statement said Saturday.

The TCS recruitment team was in the AMU campus Oct 10-12. A total of 222 students were shortlisted for interviews, of which 144 with B.Tech, M.Tech and MCA degrees were finally selected after a rigorous process, the statement added.

AMU pro-vice chancellor Syed Ahmad Ali thanked the TCS for their visit and emphasized on strengthening the relationship with them.
