Technopark IT firm to empower Saudi Arabian youth

Thiruvananthapuram: Technopark-based Triassic Solutions Pvt Ltd (TSPL)is all set to
empower young people in Saudi Arabia in the IT field. In a
statement Friday, the firm said it had signed an MoU toward this
with Salamah Consulting Engineering (SaCEn) in Saudi Arabia.
"With this MOU, SaCEn would like to reinstate its commitment in
working closely with TSPL to empower Saudi Arabia's youth in IT
for engineering and related services and to successfully
contribute to the ambitious master plan of industrialization,
which is a core of the economic growth of the Kingdom for next six
to seven years", said Salamah S. Al-Anizi, director and CEO, SaCEn.
Al-Anizi added that IT plays a vital role in various fields.
"The Kingdom's government exerts lots of efforts to activate the
role of IT in various fields, so that the Kingdom's society can
cope up with the latest developments in IT enabled products and
services as well as supporting the creation of job opportunities.
This is possible by helping innovative and creative youth and
encouraging them to access the stage of technical competitiveness
in local and global markets," added Al-Anizi.
TSPL, that opened in 2004, specialises in providing IT-related
engineering services and products across diverse verticals like
industrial efficiency and performance management, transportation
and retail.
According to the director and chief technology officer of TSPL,
Aneesh Suhail, this new initiative with the Saudi firm is valid
for two years and through which its global expertise of combining
IT with engineering along with SaCEn's advanced engineering
services shall be made available.
"This agreement is of great importance as it will help the Kingdom
to accelerate one of its important objectives which is helping
young people find creative solutions to community problems and
building an economy based on innovative technologies," said Suhail.
