Patna: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) Chairman on Saturday said the result of the Intermediate or Class 12th Arts, Science and Commerce examinations conducted by the state board in February 2018 will be declared on Thursday June 07.
Talking to the media from Patna BSEB Chairman Anand Kishore said the board is in its final stage of result preparation and the BSEB 12th result 2018 could be declared on June 07, 2018. He did not mention any specific time. The Bihar board declares state exam results normally by afternoon.
Once released, the students can check their 12th Inter 2018 Art, Science or Commerce scores on the official website – biharboard.ac.in.

- Enter your Roll Number

Reports in the media had earlier claimed that the BSEB Class 12 result will be declared on May 11. Some reports then said the BSEB Class 10 as well as Class 12 results both will be declared on May 14, 2018. All reports proved wrong.
After the Uttar Pradesh Board declared the Class 10 and Inter results on April 29 – about a month in advance, rumors were taking rounds suggesting that the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) Intermediate and Class 10 Matric results too will be declared in the first week of May. The BSEB official however refuted these reports.
The results of Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) Arts, Science and Commerce all three streams were declared in 2017 on May 30. The overall pass percentage of Science stream was 30.11% in 2017. On the other hand, the pass percentage of Arts stream was 37% and for the Commerce it was 73.76%.
The BSEB Patna board 2018 Intermediateexams began from February 06 and ended on February 16, 2018. About 12.80 lakh candidates registered for the Class 12 Inter 2018 exams. The BSEB board had also released Model Question Papers before the exams. The BSEB Bihar board 2018 exam was marred by reports of paper leak, though cases of mass copying as reported in previous years were controlled.
The Bihar School Examination Board is established for holding and conducting an examination at the end of the Secondary School stage, for prescribing course of studies for such examination and for carrying out such other objects and duties as may be considered necessary for the purpose as stated in the Act, Rules and Regulations of the Board.
