New Delhi: Herbal beauty care queen Shahnaz Husain has been invited for a summit to the White House and will also be undergoing a short course at Harvard University.
The 63-year-old has been invited to attend the Presidential Summit on Entrepreneurship in Washington, April 26 and 27.
“I am very happy to receive this invitation and to represent brand India there,” Husain told IANS.
“I have to speak on how I developed my brand, paths to success, the obstacles I encountered, the efforts I made, and the lessons I learned. Also I have to talk on outstanding woman entrepreneurship,” she added.
When asked if she is ready with any tips for President Obama and his wife Michelle Obama, Husain replied: “I will advice them to stop use of any products with chemicals and will tell them the benefits of natural products.”
“I will also tell them the benefits of India’s ancient ayurvedic treatments and how it can help the West,” she added.
Before attending the summit, Husain will undertake a course in international business negotiation. The duration of the course is approximately three weeks.
Along with that, the beauty care expert will give a lecture in Harvard on how to build a brand without a publicity budget.
