Xiaomi is all set to add to its low-cost, entry-level smartphone range with the launch of its feature-rich, low-cost Redmi 4A with 4G LTE support the online sale of which starts today i.e. Thursday March 23 at 12:00 pm. Buyers who want to grab this beautiful piece can do so only at Amazon India (Amzon.in) and Mi.com.
 
The smart gadget from the reputed manufacturer Xiaomi Redmi 4A will be available for sale from today at the unbelievably low cost of Rs.5,999/-

Xiaomi Redmi 4A in Dark Grey and Gold colour options will be available on Amazon India and Mi.com starting 12pm IST, on Thursday March 23.

The Rose Gold Redmi 4A will be available from April 6 onwards only on Mi.com.
 
If you are buying at Amazon India, you will be entitled to 10% cashback provided you use IndusInd Bank Debit or Credit Card.

Xiaomi Redmi 4A will not be sold offline.

According to the details released by e-tailer on Monday, the new Xiaomi smartphone supports Reliance Jio's 4G VoLTE network, and comes in three colour options - Dark Grey, Gold and Rose Gold. Other key Redmi 4A features are IR blaster and 3120mAh battery.

Xiaomi Redmi 4A comes in a polycarbonate body and bears a hybrid Dual-SIM card slot. It runs MIUI 8 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It sports a 5-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) display, and is powered by a 1.4GHz quad-core Snapdragon 425 SoC coupled with the Adreno 308 GPU and 2GB of RAM.

The Xiaomi Redmi 4A rear camera has a 13-megapixel sensor with PDAF, a 5-lens system, an f/2.2 aperture, and is backed by a LED flash. The front camera bears a 5-megapixel sensor with an f/2.2 aperture. Redmi 4A comes with 16GB of inbuilt storage that is expandable via microSD card (up to 128GB).

Xiaomi Redmi 4A connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS/ A-GPS, and Bluetooth v4.1. Sensors on board the smartphone include accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, infrared, and proximity.

Dimensions of the new Xiaomi smartphone are 139.5x70.4x8.5mm, and it weighs in at 131.5 grams. Redmi 4A is powered by a 3120mAh battery with fast charging support.

The Xiaomi Redmi 4A was launched in China in November. Other smartphones in the Redmi 4 lineup include the Redmi 4 Prime and Redmi 4X. The Xiaomi Redmi 4 and Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime too ere launched in November.
